Shipping policy

We deliver our products Pan India.

After the order is placed on the website it is processed within 24-48 Business hours. We deliver through our trusted partners - Skyking, Shree Maruti and Indiapost. 

Delivery charges are calculated according to the Weight & Dimensions of the parcel whichever is higher at the time of checkout. The delivery charges are directly levied by the delivery company.

Estimated Delivery time: (After 2 Days Processing Time)

Delhi: 1-2 Business days

Delhi NCR: 2-3 Business days

Punjab, Haryana, UP: 3-4 Business days

Other States: 3-7 Business days

Southern States: 3-7 Business days

North Eastern States: 3-7 Business Days

IMPORTANT:

1. All orders placed on the website will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2. Business days are Tuesday-Sunday, excluding Monday and scheduled festival holidays.

3. We do not ship orders on Sunday and Monday as Sunday is a weekly off for the courier company and Monday is a weekly off for us.

4. Please allow for a +2 days variation from the delivery period mentioned in case of unforeseen circumstances.

6. COST OF SHIPPING

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The cost of shipment will be calculated at the check-out window and has to be bored by the customer. The aforementioned cost of shipping is applicable for delivery of products under this Website regardless of the value of the order.

7. HANDLING TIME

  • It usually takes 2 (two) business days to process and dispatch the products once the order is placed with us. Please allow for a +2 days variation from the delivery period mentioned in case of unforeseen circumstances/Festival Rush/Emergency etc
  • We strive to process and dispatch your products at the earliest.
  • Custom orders do not qualify for these shipping and delivery timelines.
  • Estimated Delivery times are shared by courier partners, we have no say over the delivery time once the order is dispatched from our side.

8. TIME FOR SHIPPING

  •  Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Approximate delivery time is aforementioned.
  • The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.

We endeavor to engage logistic partners, employees, agents with the highest standards and ethics, you agree and acknowledge that the actions and inactions of the delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive and We shall not be liable for any action or inaction from the part of logistic partners. Any disputes between You and logistics partners shall be settled between you and the logistics partner.

10. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

  • You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete,
    accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
  • The shipping address or Contact details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched from our end.
  • If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed
    delivery and you will not be eligible for a free reshipment or a refund on such transaction. You will have to bore the cost of reshipment on such orders as they can not be cancelled.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of this Policy and every time you wish to use this website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.b. If you do not wish to accept the revised Policy, you should not continue to use the Services.

We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to the Customer
for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason beyond our control
including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of God or public enemy, famine, plague, the action of the
court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout,
boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
